OBSERVANT : WARREN BUFFETT
You don't need a huge amount of money to become a successful investor. If you have your own business, either full-time or on the side, investing some of your earnings back into your business is one of the smartest things you can do.
Buffett did just that when he and a friend bought a pinball machine for $25 and placed it in a local barber shop. When it earned money for them, rather than spend it, they bought additional pinball machines. In time, they had eight machines in different barber shops. When they sold that business, Buffett used the proceeds to start another business.Sometimes, if customers like with our services they will come again.
Some experts recommend investing some of your earnings outside your business so you'll have those funds to draw on if your business faces a temporary downturn or fails altogether. Whether you choose to diversify your investments this way or fold extra money back into your business, it's important to invest some of your earnings in your future and not just live on them.We have to look something with different sides.

They tried to develop the quality of their organization. For example, at first Bakrie group only engaged in plantation sector which included coffee, rubber, and pepper. After decades, Bakrie Group has had various sector that runs successfully.
Bakrie Group is just a company that will live or die, depends on how motivated, inspired, and committed the employees are. So, there is a conscious choice to make them as the biggest priority in company; to change the way they work. It means the company tried to make an open culture.
Open culture can be defined as philosophy of collective creativity and collective responsibility. The biggest benefit if a company build an open culture is the company could truly develop a diverse team. By this team with an open culture, the company allows people to set their own agenda and have been able to attract new and various talents. This thing might help the company to strengthen the cooperation between other sectors.
In fact, to build an open culture is hard, due to it is not immediately intuitive and it is not likely comparable with any other companies. Not only that, open culture can also caused endless problems, such as issues that would normally remain hidden for some times, tend to rapidly spread to other people. This is good actually, because employees and managers can solve the problem. But this also bad, because the other problems might be arise soon.
Commonly, open culture can be created well and long-lasting for a company by several steps below. They are :
1.    Efforts to explore, discover, realize and implement a corporate culture that is built-in within the organization. Things that will find through them are negative norms and positive norms.
2.    Set the goals clearly and measurable, about how the dispute can be reduced and maintain the positive norms.
3.    Planning and implementation the measures that will ideally realize the changes in four dimensions, that are; each individual, member of co-worker team, leadership, organization’s processes, systems, policies and structure. Because how the company works must be adjusted to the situations and conditions that always change anytime.
4.    Build a good corporate image, because it is essential to be known in society. Corporate image can be related with business name, architecture, variety of products, traditions, ideologies and impression on the communication made by the employees that interact with clients.
Based on the explanation above about open culture, Bakrie Group developed their organization quality by implement revitalization system which is focused in strengthening the organizational structure, management of talent, development of human capital, and emphasis winning spirit-based corporate culture and governance structure of the Company.

A successful entrepreneur who I found this good manner inside him is Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhari. He is a very inspiring person.

PROACTIVE : Steve Job
According to Oxford Dictionary, proactive mean creating or controlling a situation rather than just responding to it after it has happened. In entrepreneur term, proactive is the ability of someone to spot and grab the opportunities. That means entrepreneur who are proactive tend to take action in challenging situation when he/she spot the opportunity. In other word proactive is the entrepreneur are good enough to spot opportunity and pursuing it relentlessly. Steve Job, an American information technology entrepreneur and inventor. Steve job was the co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Apple Inc. He started a company in a garage together with Steve Wozniak on April 1st 1976. They released Apple 1 after a year and that was the start of the meteoric rise of Apple Inc. Disagreements between the two co-founders (Steve Job and Steve Wozniak) resulted the board of directors choose to be with Steve Wozniak and Steve Job was fired from his own company. He never give up! Steve Job proactively turned adversity into opportunity. He created new venture which is Pixar Animation Studios and NeXT Inc .He start to focus at his two new ventures. He then comeback to Apple to make it even successful than before. He never get circumstances block his way to achieve his goal. He proactively choose to grab the opportunities that came to him rather than being reactive to the negative factor. This show that someone should be proactive to be a very successful entrepreneur just like Steve Job.
